Open UK Study offers comprehensive, free support throughout the process of applying to university in England. We help at every stage — from the first consultation and choosing a university, through preparing your application documents, to submitting your Student Finance England application. Our team makes sure you do not have to worry about paperwork and can focus on getting ready for your studies.
Most courses require you to be on campus 2-3 days a week. Sessions include lectures, seminars and practical workshops. The rest of your time goes into independent study, group projects and exam preparation. That is why many of our students successfully combine their studies with part-time work.
Anyone with settled status or British citizenship can apply for Student Finance England. The scheme covers tuition fees (Tuition Fee Loan) and offers support for living costs (Maintenance Loan). Repayments only start after you finish your studies and earn above a set threshold. We help you complete the application from start to finish.
The required level of English depends on the university and the course. Typically it is IELTS 6.0 or an equivalent. If you have lived in the UK for a while and completed schooling here (e.g. GCSEs or A-levels), many universities accept that as proof of language proficiency. During the consultation we help you assess whether your level is sufficient and what your options are.
Requirements vary by university and course. Generally you will need: completed secondary education (Polish matura, GCSEs or A-levels), proof of English proficiency and a personal statement. Some courses also require additional exams or an admissions interview. During the consultation we look at your situation and select universities where you have a realistic chance.
